LONDON, 12th May. The Belfast Newsletter publishes a statement by Sir Edward Carson, entirely approving of Sir Jamea Craig's meeting with De Valerai Having.-regard to the present state of daily murder, assassination, and outrage in Ireland, nobody, he says, should shirk interviews, even with only a dim expectation that the, interview will lead to some mitigation or cessation of the terrible statelof affairs.
