BRITANNIA THEATRE.

Frank, Mayo takes the leading role in "Hitchin' Pasts>" now screening at the Britannia Theatre. The- star in this story is-a combination of gambler, gentleman, duellist, adventurer. As a gambler he wins the last asset of a war-broken Southerner —four spirited, racehorses. As a gentleman he attempts to return them to the daughter. As a duellist he drives from the country a scoundrel who menaces the girl. As an adventurer he journeys to a new country in the West, and, with the help of his fast horses, wins a race for land. The 13th episode of "The Vanishing Dagger" and a-bright comedy complete a fine programme.
