Playing at the Hutt Ground, the Hutt secured a three-point win by five wick-eta-and 10 hum-over .Eastbourne. Eastbourne ;.s first attempt at the -. wickets realised 127, the chief ' scorers being White (44). Roberts (21). Stevenson (18). Nash '(15), and Haig (10). In the bowluig section Doig (three for none) and Noazor (three for 17) shared the honours. Hutt responded with !S2 (Loekott not out 18, Neazor 13, Kitta 11, TulIntt- 10). May (six for &0)--, and Nash (four for 19)' were Eastbourne's best trundlers. Eastbourne went in again, making 63, to which total Stevenson contributed 19, Pi-ussell 13.. and Thompson 12.
