A large bill hoarding has been erected at the Seatoun Tramway Terminus, to which the Seatouu and Bays.Progressive Association strongly objects on aesthetic grounds. Messrs. Webb and Richmond, lion, solicitors to the association, havo written to the Board of Trade on the matter, pointing out that "in view of the scarcity of timber and the existing regulations as to non-essential building, the association feels that the attention of the Board should' be drawn to this matter." The Board is asked if it. sanctioned the use of timber for the hoarding, and if not will it take action?
