GERMAN REPARATIONS
NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN BEL-
GIUM AND BRITAIN.

PARIS, 13th October. M. De La Croix, Prime Minister of Belgium, in an interview, said he believed he had succeeded in his negotiations with Mr. Lloyd George concerning German reparations. The Geneva Conference would not bo held, but the InterAllied Reparations Commission would hear the German explanation and proposals and then report to the Governments, who would make their own arrangements. A conference between France and Britain would shortly be held at Brussels.
