WELLINGTON PRESBYTERY
VOTING MEMBERS AT ASSEMBLY.
The monthly meeting of-the Wellington Presbytery was held last; evening, the Moderator (the Rev. W. Day) ingThe following were appointed voting members of the Assembly, which will meet in Wellington next month: Revs. Dr. Gibb, D. J. A. Shaw, J. Paterson, W. Shirer, J. H. Mackenzie, J. G. Smith, and R. Inglis, M. B. Harris, and A. Bruce Todd, and elders appointed by the sessions of Levin, Brooklyn, Island Bay, Kent-terrace, St. John's, and Hutt. The Rev. W. Shirer moved that the Rev. W. J. Comrie be nominated as next Moderator of the Presbyterian " General Assembly. This was seconded, but Mr. Comrie requested thafthe nomination be withdrawn. The Rev. W. Hewitson, of Dunedin, was then nominated, unanimously. v
