OHKISTOHURCH, This Day.

■The Cbristchurch Presbytery passed the following resolution: "This Presbytery deplores the injustice caused-'by the operation of the Ne Temere Decree, and urges Parliament to take such ateps during the present session as will protect legally married persons, without interfering with the spiritual rights of the Churches in their own sphere."

AUCKLAND, This Day.

The Auckland Presbytery passed a resolution urging Parliament to make it a penal offence to mpugn the legal validity of a marriage celebrated according to the law, or to deny the legitimacy of the children of such a marriage.
