Wavwley Handicap-, of 750 soys; one' mile and t-hree-quartere.—Ecarte, 7.8, •1; Millisme, 9.0, 2; Kexareus, 6.8. 3. Seven started. Bca-rie led. into the straight, but he was ohaJleriged by JJil-liem-e at the grandstand. Won by a .«hori, head. Fimnark was fourth. Time omin lgsec. .
OhestET Handicap, of ICOO soys • six furlongs.—Beauford, 9.6, 1; J u ]j a Grey 9.6, 2; Victrola, 9.9, 3. Fifteen startera Beanford won by a nsck. Time, lmin 12sec.
Don-ling Steeplechase, of 250 sove; about three miles.—Cerise and Grey 9 2 1; Tai-alie. 10.1, 2; Grand-Foote, 90 3 Six starters. Tararu Jack fell at the stand. .In the second round all the horses fell, except Cerise and Grey and Taralie. The rider of Grand Foote remounted and secured third place. Time 6min 48|sec. '

Also started : King of the Forest, 8.11. The last-named mode the running until sis furlongs from home, when Kenuaquhair assumed the lead, closely attended by Poitre) and Pershore. Coming into the straight Kermaquhair came away, but at the stand Poitrel. overhauled him, and won a sterling race by a length and a half, the same distance between second 1 and third. Time 3min 32|sec. Members" Handicap, of 750 soys ; one mile and 'a furlong.—Fervent, 8.0, 1 ; Oabochan, 6.7, 2; David, 9.2, 3. Twenty starters. Won. by half a length. Time, lmin 53isec.
Final Handicap, of 750 soys j one mile r.nd a quarter.—Payday, 7.5 1 ■ King's Word, 8.3, 2; Earl"Derby, 7.3, 3. Fourteen starters. Payday bolted round the course before the start, and then'won by half a length. Time, 2min s|sec.
