BASEBALL
Tho inaugural meeting of the Wellington Baseball Club was held in the V.M.C.A. Rooms lost night. Office-bear-ers for tho ensuing year were elected, and it: was decided to link up with the Wellington Baseball Association. Mr. Vinson, who was elected hon. secretary, requested all members present to attend the practices on Saturdays at Kilbirnie Park. The first match of the season will- be played against a team from a Canadian ship at present in port.
