THE INDUSTRY BOOMING.

The German textile industry is booming, despite labour troubles, scarcity of raw material, and high costs of production. The balance-sheets v of the' textile companies shown turnovers exceeding pre-war years, and dividends of 30 to 60 per cent, are being . declared. Tho newspapers protest that the figures reveal scandalous profiteering.
