BUENiOS AIRES, 7th October. A German shipyard firm has informed the Argentine Government that it would be unable to deliver a 40,000-ton floating dry dock which it undertook to construct before the war. The dry dock is completed, but the shipyard has not tie towing equipment necessary to bring it to Buenos Aires. The company has asked the Government either to supply its own towing, or to accept a refund of the money paid on account.
