The International Conference on Freetrade has opened in the Caxton Hall. Many foreign representatives are present. Lord Beauchamp, in welcoming the delegates, pointed out the v#>rld's need for freetrade, and said the creation of hostile tariffs was a real danger to future peace in Europe./
