Tlie- 'Tribune's. Tokio correspondent states that the warehouses are glutted with millions of dollars' worth of goods. Japanese importers refuse to accept the due trade depreciation. The same conditions prevail ■ at- Osaka, Kobe, N.agaIsaka', and Yokohama.
