THOMAS MOORE ANNIVERSARY.

The box plan for the Thomas Moore anniversary concert, which takes place on Friday at'the Town Hall, opened at the Bristol Piano Company this morning. Mr. Walter Whyte, the Australian tenor, will sing Moore's "Believe me if all those endearing young charms," and he will be associated with Miss Pollard, the Victorian sopr.nto, in singing a, duet. Miss M'Enroa v.-ill sing "At*the Mid Hour of Night." The Male Quartet's item is- "Oft in the Stilly Night." These with the other items —concerted, solo, elocutionary, and choral—should make an enjoyable programme. Mr. Frank J. Oakes will act as adjudicator in the musical section of the competitions, which will take place at the Concert Chamber of the Town Hall, commencing at 11 a.m. on Friday morning, hud Mr; P.. J. O'Eegan will act as adjudicator for the elocutionary items. Winners of the competition items will render the test pieces at the concert in the evening.
