OTAKI, 17th April.
At yesterday's sitting of the S.M. Court judgment was given in the unde--fended case Emily M'Beath v. Ben Nicholls, claim £24, cost© £2 19s. In the case M.'Greathead v. E. 3?. Greathesd, a claim foi maintenance, the S.M. gave judgment in favour of the defendant. The Paraparaumu Hockey Club, only recently formed, has decided to disband to take up football. * Mr. Guy Tully, at present in hospital in Trentham, is'making a good recovery from a wound received while on active service.
