On Eastei" Saturday night the Grand Opera House will be tenanted by the Kate Howarde Comedy Company, which will produce for the first time in New Zealand the successful' Australian comedy, " 'Possum Paddock." The play, which was Written by Miss Howarde, had a great reception in Syttriey and Melbourne, where it was p'iayed to packed houses. It is a delightful comedy, and faithfully portrays life in the great Out Back in Australia. "'Possum Paddock" received, great praise from the Australian press, and its success is sure to' be repeated in New Zealand Mr. Fred. Mac Donald, whose Dave in "Our Selection " will be well remembered by playgoers, has the principal comedy part, and he is well'supported by.-.Mr. Jack Soutar, Mr. Jack Kirby, and Miss Kate Howarde.
