SPEED LIMIT ON HUTTROAD
MOTORISTS FINED. A number of persons were charged in~ the Petone Court to-day with having exceeded the motor speed limit on the Hutt-road on the 20th and 22nd Januarylast (race days). Mr. E. Page, S.M., imposed fines as follow .—Alfred B. Berlow, 30s, and 17s 6d costs; Hilton. Boden (motorcycle), £1. and 7s costs; John Browning £1, and 19s 6d costs; W. P. Chapman, £1 10s. ' and 17s 6d costs; J. A. Corbett, £1 10s, and 17s 6d costs; J. A. Gollin, £1, and 17s W costs; J. H. Goodall, £1 10s, and ITs j6d costs; W. Higgs, £1, and 17s 6d costs ;/J. T. Hosie, £1 ss, and 17s 6d costs; Guy Johnston, £1 10s, and 17s 6d costs; A. B. Knight, £1 10s, and 17s. 6d costs; J. N. Floyd, ■ £I'ss,. and 17s 6d costs; H.
