The Sunday Times saysthe ; Government is inquiring unofficially as to how the abandonment of the Catholic Church's opposition, to the Home Rule Bill can be secured. An intermediary has learned that the ultimate attitude of the Church will depend upon the safeguards provided for Catholic education throughout Ireland. Apparently, "therefore, partition is at present an insuperable barrier, as an Ulster Parliament cannot assurei adequate consideration of educational interests. , ■'.•■'". '
