NEW LIGHT CRUISER

LONDON,' 20th March.
The latest addition to the Navy, tho light cruiser Frobisher, was launched at Devonport. She combines a speed of 30 knots with a powerful armament. The design was adopted as the result of the first Emden's raiding successes.
