LEADERS OF THE COUP

GREAT TREASON TRIAL

KAPP'S INEXCUSABLE CRIME.

(Received March 22, 9 a.m.)

.BERLIN, 19th'March. The Government has determined to order a great treason trial, involving the revolutionaries and many generals. It is stated that Kapp, when he discovered that his desperate game had failed, and that many' prominent men refused to support him, behaved like a frightened schoolboy. He broke down completely and wept copiously. The fact that Kapp 1 was a catspaw of the military clique will not be regarded as lessening the seriousness of his criminal action.

(Received March 22, 10 a.m.)

PARIS, 19th March.

Herr Noske has ordered the arrest of Luttwitz, Kapp, and their accomplices.
