LUDENDORFF THE EVIL GENIUS.
(Received March 22,"'9 a.m.) , LONDON, 19th March. Count Bernstein denounces yon Ludendorff as the evil genius behind the revolution, and describes him as the chief wire-puller. One thing the revolution achieved has been to increase the German people's hatred of militarism, and it will result in a stronger democratic control of the army. .
