WASHINGTON, 19th February. Mr. J. C. A. K. Martens (Russian Soviet Ambassador), in testifying before the Senate Committee, said: "I am glad I am a Bolshevik, and I would be very glad to see America become Bolshevik; but deny I am working to overthrow the United States Government."
