LENIN'S POLICY
REJUVENATING RUSSIA,

The Copenhagen correspondent of the Daily Express has received from Lenin a statement of policy, in which-lie declares that the Soviet Government awaits the resumption of trade and an all-round peace in order to put into operation great electrification schemes, with which he hopes to rejuvenate Russia. Scientists and experts have been work- 1" ing out schemes which make electricity the basis of Russian industry.
