Ensign Hirscheld has been sentenced to thirty months imprisonment for shooting at Herr Erzberger. The defence called doctors to show that Erzberger's wound was slight,' but that exaggerated accounts were given to the newspapers. - [Erzber.ger was shot at- when leaving the Criminal Court, in Berlin, on 26th January. The shot became embedded in the shoulder, but the.
