CONTROL OF SIBERIA
OVERTHROW OF SOVIETS
PREDICTED.
NEW YORK, 6th February. Major Lasies, a member of the French High Commission to the Kolchak Government, who is en route from Vladivostock to France, predicts the overthrow of the Russian Soviet Government within a few months. He said that, despite recent military and diplomatic achievements, Siberia is not controlled by the Soviets, but by their opponents.
