RESTORATION OF ARMY FUNDS. (PUBLISHED lIJ THE TIMES.I LONDON, Sth February. Yndenitch handed over £227,000 and a quarter of a million Finnish marks to the liquidators of the North-West Army, and was then cermitted to leave Esthonia. [It was recently, reported that Gancra-l Yudenditch, while trying to leave Esthpnia, had been arrested on a charge of taMng with him thf funds of the NorthWest Russian Army, which was under his command.]
