Mr. Oecil Harnisworth (Under-Secre-tary for Foreign Affairs) states that the Government continues every effort to secure the delivery 'of the Cap FinisterM and other German liners at' present detained in America. Presumably the vessels will be delivered as soon as America is able to arrange it.
