> Contrary to American reports stating that the sovereignty of Fiuino has been given to Italy, reports from Paris state that M. Clemenceau and . Mr. Lloyd George informed Signov Scialdja (Italian Foreign Minister) that President Wilson adhered to his former standpoint, and that therefore the only Solution was to make Fiume autonomous.
