THE FIGHT AT TSARITSIN
TOWNS TAKEN BY RED FORCE.,
(Received December 17, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 15th December.
A War Office communique states that the cavalry of the Caucasus arm carried out a raid north of Tsaritsin, taking 2500 prisoners. The Bolsheviks have later captured Kharkov, Poltava, and Berdechev. It is reported- that Petlura has escaped to Poland.
