The Chicago Tribune's correspondent in Paris interview Mr. Frederick Corse, former Chairman of the Russian-Ameri-can Chamber of Commerce, who said: — "I learn on the highest authority that Kolchak has informed the United States that unless the Allies extend aid to the non-Bolshevik forces, he may be compelled to cede portion of Siberia to Japan in order to save it from the Bolsheviks."
