MR. RISHWORTH AT DAY'S BAY

At Day's Bay last night about seventy electors attended ah address • given by Mr'. E P. Rishworth.

Mr. Rishworth remarked that it was i»t logical to urge Reform voters to cast their votes against their principles, and for a. candidate who, was so evidently fighting a losing battle. To ensure the absolute.defeat of the Labour candidate they should stick to their Reform .candidate and their principles. He spoke of his increasingly well-attended meetings, and said it had not been necessary to take his audience around with him.

Mr. T. H. Mayer proposed a vote of thanks and confidence, which was carried unanimously, and the candidate was accorded a hearty round of applause.
