CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER

DUNEDIN, 15th December. " At the Polico Court, Ethel Victoria Andrew was charged with committing manslaughter in connection with 'tie death of her infant. There was a second charge of concealment of birth. The Magistrate said there was not sufficient evidence to send the accused for trial on the manslaughter charge, which was dismissed. Accused pleaded guilty to concealment of birth, ami was committed for sentence. , ,
