SYDNEY BREWERS' STRIKE

SYDNEY, 10th December. The brewers' strike continues. Both sides are determined to hold out. Tlie beer stocks are practically exhausted.

[The men are asking for £4 7s per week, and the empkjyers have offered £4 as the minimum. The Federal award rate is £3 3s.- In August last the men asked for £3 12s, and the employers compromised on £3 10s.]
