President Wilson, addressing-a gathering for the purpose of paying homage to the American dead nt Suresnes, where 6000 soldiers are buried, referred to the League of Nations as a legacy to America's fallen sons, and fearlessly denounced the old diplomatic bargaining, which iviis at the root of the war. He declared that if the present war was not final, there must be another, which would be final.
