AMERICA TO FURNISH TROOPS

NEW YORK, 2nd May.
Tho Paris correspondent of the New York Sun reports that the Foreign Office declares that M. Clenienceau. and the United States will furnish an agreement between the United States and France whereby the United States will furnish troops to protect France in the event of a German attack.
