RED GARRISON DESERTS
HOFFMAN'S GOVERNMENT IN CONTROL. " AMSTERDAM, 22nd April (delayed). The Red garrison at Munich has deserted. The Soviet Government has issued a proclamation against "swelled* head agitators", urging the workers and soldiers to support the Socialist Government. The Hoffman Government has resumed control.- .. (Received May 3, 9.30 a.m.) .. LONDON, 2nd May. It is reported that the Bavarians have captured Munich.
