EXCHANGE OF PRISONERS PROPOSED
. LONDON, Ist May. An official announcement states that the Bolshevik Government has suggested exchanging imprisoned members of the British Mission in the Caucasus for certain Russians. Negotiations are proceeding for the release of all British prisoners in the hands of the Bolsheviks. ■;■ '■'.'■.
