HARBOUR BOARD ELECTIONS.
"Confused," in a letter to the Editpr, asserts that many people are .under.the impression that the municipal electors have no vote in the ©lection .of members of the Harbour Board. The impression is quite erroneous. On Wednesday next the citizens of Wellington will be. asked to elect four members of the board to represent the city area. The remaining members of the\board are elected by the electors in outside districts and by the payers of harbour* 'dues. One member is appointed By the Government^ The total membership is fourteen.
