ODDFELLOWS' CENTENARY

INVERCARGILL, 26th April.Local bodies celebrated the centenary of-the Independent Order of Oddfellows last evening, several hundred being present. The New Zealand executive was represented by the Grand Treasurer, and Messrs. Deans and Ritchie. The Mayor, Mr. Stead, spoke on behalf of the citizens and kindred societies. The function was a great success.
