UNSETTLED WEATHER

A very unsettled condition has been prevalent in the weather for the past v.4 hours, the barometer falling, with a southerly wind, with increasing cloudiness and rain in many parts of the Dominion. Tlie outlook for the future is, therefore, not of the brightest. The winds locally this morning were southwesterly, and the general forecast is for variable winds with southerlies, moderate to strong, prevailing and increasing generally. The barometer is dpe to rise everywhere shortly, and (Colder weather follow. In the meantime cloudy and unsettled weather with rain is probable generally, and snow on some of the higher levels in the south.
