Commander Ramsay was flag-commander to Admiral de Robeck at the Dardanelles, late aide-de-camp to the Duke of Connaught; in Canada, and is now on the Admiralty Staff. Princess Patricia, who is 32 year of age, is the youngest daughter of the Duke of Connaught.'
