NEW YORK, 25th December.
A United Press correspondent at Chaumont reports that President Wilson arrived on Christmas morning, and was welcomed by General Pershing. Ho then left, for Langres ill order to review and address, the troops and to eat Christmas dinner'with them." The President was to leave .for London/at 6 o'clock.
The President's message stated: Thet Americans will be cheered by knowledge of the fact that throughout tho great 'nations with which we have been associated in this war, public opinion strongly sustains ,all the proposals for a just 7 and lasting peace and for the close cooperation of the self-governing peoples in making that peace secure after its present settlement is', formulated."
