LONDON, 22nd December. Sir Thomas Mackenzie, speaking in London, said that much of the normal export trade will soon return. The shipping problem is working out satisfactorily, and about twenty ships will be available iv December and January. The situation for April and May is moat promising. The w^iole of the refrigerated 'tonnage formerly in the New Zealand trade and diverted for war purposes in the North Atlantic is now being released.
