THE GERMAN TURMOIL
ADVICE FROM BAVARIA. (ACSTRAUAJJ-NBTT ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received' December 7, 2.40 p.m.) , AMSTERDAM, 6th December. An official despatch from Munich says that the Bavarian Premier has telegraphed to the Berlin Government that the Bavarian Cabinet is unanimously of opinion that a conference of representatives of the German Governments should immediately be summoned to agree upon a programme for foreign and home policies. Points in the discussion which is indispensable should' include the question of the National Assembly, the Foreign Ministry, and the publication of documents.
