KAISER'S CORRESPONDENCE SEARCHED. (ADI AND X.I. CABLE ASSN. AND MOMS.) (Received December 7, 10.30 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, 6th December.. An Essen journal says that the examination of the Kaiser's private correspondence has begun at the Royal castles, with a view of publishing the portion essential to the establishment of his guilt for the war.
