PRINCE HENRY'S PLEA
"THE OLDEST HOHENZOLLERN."
(METER'S TBLBGRAII.) AMSTERDAM, 4th December. Prince Henry of Prussia has issued a proclamation stating that as he is the oldest Hohenzollern loft in Prussia it is therefore incumbent upon him to do everything possible to assist lawfully the elected Government. He concludes: "At the same time it is my<duty to stand by the Kaiser and protect him from h&rm. 1'
