DROUGHT IN N.S.W.
CROPS ALREADY SUFFERING.. SYDNEY, 4th December. The long-continued lack of rain is causing forebodings in ail "the States. The crops are already suffering. Unless there is an early break the position will be serious. The drought is particularly severe in the outer pastoral areas, where rabbits are swarming in millions.
