LONDON, 17ih August,
Admiralty, per Wireless Press. —A German official report states: South of Thiescourt the enemy captured the Attiches Farm. The enemy suffered heavily in the fighting for Lassigny. "We drove him back six times during ten hours of heavy fighting.
LONDON, 18th August, 0.30 a.m. A German 1 official report states: Wo repulsed repeated attacks, on both sides of Boye, extending to the north as far as south-west of Chauhies and to the south as far as north-westward of Lassigny. ' The enemy near Goyencourt gained ground 1 in the direction of Boye. Our counter-attack regained the lost ground. Repeated French attacks southwestward of the Avre collapsed.
