RUSSIA'S BLACK SEA FLEET
VESSELS ASSIGNED TO AUSTRIA-
HUNGARY.
(AUSTRALIAN-.NEW ZEALAND CABLE ASSOCIATION.) (Received August 19, 8.30 a.m.) ROME, 18th August. Austrian crews have taken over fifteen vessels of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, which have been assigned to AustriaHungary under an agreement with Germany.
