INDIAN FORCE ARRIVES,

LONDON, 18th August.
Advices state that, besides the British forces on both sides of tho Caspian Sea, an Indian force has arrived at Meshed (near tho south-eastern end of the Caspian Sea), from where it can advance along the Transcaspian railway.
